Huaxia Jianlong Successfully Completed the 2021 New College Recruits Training Program
In order to promote the integration of new college students with our corporate culture and the role change, the 2021 employee training for new college students organized by Huaxia Jianlong's Personnel and Administrative Department was held in Fengning County, Chengde City from July 7 to 13. According to the company's development needs, a total of 58 college graduates have been hired by Huaxia Jianlong Mining Headquarters and its subsidiaries this year. They are mainly from more than ten universities, including North China University of Science and Technology, University of Science and Technology Liaoning, Hebei GEO University, Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology, majoring in surveying and mapping, mineral processing, mining, surveying engineering, automation, and safety engineering, etc.

At the ceremony, Yuan Zhanyong, Chairman and General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, delivered a speech titled "Jointly Achieving the Career Dream of Jianlong People". Mr. Yuan, on behalf of the company, welcomed new recruits to work for Jianlong Mining. At the same time, he introduced new recruits to the company in several aspects, such as the role model and team strength, the bright future of mining industry, the history and prospect of Jianlong Mining's development, and the company's expectations for new employees, so that everyone can quickly understand the company and integrate into the enterprise.
Mr. Yuan encouraged new recruits to establish a correct outlook on life, values, and the world, to be "sincere, positive, and attentive", cultivate strategic thinking ability, be good at grasping essence, pay attention to details, maintain passion, constantly pursue innovation, walk with giants and the capable, and build a great enterprise, and lead an extraordinary life.
Mr. Zhang Wenjian, Deputy General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong and General Manager of Fengning Xinyuan Mining, delivered a speech.
This training offers a total of 13 courses, and 18 excellent lecturers from various professional lines are invited to give lectures. The training was conducted offline with online live streaming. The training contents consist of multiple specialized courses such as Jianlong Corporate Culture, Mining Technology and Engineering, Explanation of Beneficiation Technology, Mining Equipment Explanation, Safety and Green Mine Management, Production Operation Management, Team Building and Drill, and Company System Promotion. Jin Wei, Deputy General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, was invited to teach new recruits courses on Jianlong's corporate culture and career development planning. Based on the actual situation of the company, the lecturers interacted with the trainees by playing videos, giving lectures on cases, and asking questions, which stimulated new recruits' enthusiasm for learning. The lectures were welcomed by new recruits.
During the training, the trainees visited the mining area, processing plant, office area, and Hengchuan Building Materials Workshop of Fengning Xinyuan Mining, deepening their understanding of the company's site, products, and production processes.
The company also organized a variety of team building activities, including interactive projects such as interlocking, wind blowing, and greedy snake. The trainees actively participated in and fully demonstrated themselves. A series of team challenge projects featuring difficulties, challenges, passion, and sincere friendship enhanced the cohesiveness and unity of the team.
In order to ensure the training effect, stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning, and deeply practice the competition culture, students were divided into six groups for team and individual points competition during the training process. An excellent team and three outstanding individuals were selected based on the ranking of points.
On the afternoon of July 11, a graduation ceremony was held, and Hengchuan Building Materials General Manager Chi Zongpeng presented awards to outstanding teams and individuals (Zhang Zhicheng, Zhi Tongtong and Han Bo).
On July 12, the Personnel and Administrative Department organized a "helping hand study tour" for trainees.
On July 13, 58 new recruits started to work under the leadership of the personnel and administrative directors of each subsidiary, embarking on a new journey in their lives. Wish everyone all the best in their new job positions and sailing far.
