In the activity, 24 middle-ranked and grassroots representatives drew lots and gave presentations one by one accordingly. Everyone gave a complete and clear presentation with PowerPoint illustrations and videos. During the presentation, questioning, rhetorical questions, cases, stories and other teaching techniques were used, and the on-site presentation fully and comprehensively showcased the methods and techniques for promoting team building and organization at team level, the practical methods for implementing professional management in teams, and the mechanisms, tools, and methods of team building.

The judges strictly followed the scoring standards based on the on-site performance of each team leader.
After intense competition, 16 internal trainers at team level were selected.
