Huaxia Jianlong and Chengde College of Applied Technology Held the Second Name Sponsorship Class Opening Ceremony and Huaxia Jianlong Student Scholarship and Teacher Scholarship Award Ceremony

On the morning of December 10, 2021, the opening ceremony of the second School-enterprise Cooperation Name Sponsorship Class between Huaxia Jianlong and Chengde College of Applied Technology (hereinafter referred to as CCAT) and the first Huaxia Jianlong Student Scholarship and Teacher Scholarship Award Ceremony were held in the conference room of the Administrative Building of CCAT. Jin Wei, Deputy General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, Zhou Zhenhua, General Manager of Baotong Mining, Cai Guiliang, General Manager of Luanping Jianlong, and Gong Chunhua, Manager of HR & Admin, as well as nearly 80 people from CCAT, including Wang Xinghua, the Dean of CCAT, Hou Hongchang, the Vice Dean, Qi Fupu, the Secretary of the General Party Branch of the Intelligent Manufacturing Department, and all the faculty and students of the Name Sponsorship class, attended the ceremony.

Gong Chunhua, Manager of Huaxia Jianlong HR & Admin, read out the "Decision on Commending Outstanding Students and Teachers of the School-enterprise Cooperation Name Sponsorship Class with Scholarships". Certificates and bonuses were awarded to a group of outstanding students and teachers who emerged from the previous Name Sponsorship class of Huaxia Jianlong, with an aim to inspire them to devote themselves more thoroughly to their future studies and work in high spirits.

Jin Wei, Deputy General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, and Qi Fupu, Secretary of the General Party Branch of the Intelligent Manufacturing Department of CCAT, handed over articles for daily use and learning supplies to the class.

Dean Wang Xinghua warmly welcomed Ms. Jin and her delegation, and expressed his warm congratulations on the successful signing of the Name Sponsorship Class, as well as on the teachers and students who have won awards and scholarships. He further expressed his sincere gratitude to the company for offering costume and learning supplies to the students! He pointed out that since Huaxia Jianlong signed a contract with the college last September to carry out school-enterprise cooperation, fruitful results have been achieved. Especially this year, 19 graduates joined Huaxia Jianlong for their internships, who were later recruited by Huaxia Jianlong, making the company the employer with the highest number of graduates employed. This indicates that the cooperation between the company and the college in the early stage and achieved significant results and won the recognition of the students. He wished to further strengthen interactions and exchanges in future cooperation and jointly improve the depth and breadth of school-enterprise cooperation.

Ms. Jin pointed out in her speech that Huaxia Jianlong, based on business development planning and talent needs, has conducted in-depth cooperation with the college to jointly build a multilateral supply system for business development, school development, and social development. Since the implementation of school-enterprise cooperation, both parties have had frequent interactions that were carried out in a solid manner with satisfactory results. Today, we welcome 19 interns from the Name Sponsorship class to join the company. At the meantime, we hold the second Name Sponsorship class opening ceremony and the Huaxia Jianlong Student Scholarship and Teacher Scholarship Award Ceremony. The orderly progress of the two Name Sponsorship classes marks a new level of the cooperation between CCAT and Huaxia Jianlong. Meanwhile, Ms. Jin put forward her two expectations: first, she hoped that students of the second Name Sponsorship Class could actively utilize the school's educational resources, establish career ideals, uphold the spirit of craftsmanship, study professional skills seriously, and lay a solid foundation for future career development; second, she hoped that students who are about to join the company could continue to learn, guard against arrogance and impatience, be diligent and dedicated, and grow into the backbone of production technology and management of the company one day in the future.

After the ceremony, the leaders from both parties, as well as all the teachers and students of the Name Sponsorship Class, took a photo together in front of the Administrative Building of CCAT.

In order to help new recruits from the Name Sponsorship class integrate with the Huaxia Jianlong family as soon as possible, make them confident with their career choices, and get used to the enterprise as soon as possible, on December 10 to December 12, the HR & Admin invited Zhang Liang from the Production Technology Department, Chen Shilong and Qi Qinglong from the Intelligent Center, Jia Qiong from the Safety and Environment Department, and Yuan Baoli from the HR & Admin to conduct a three-day orientation training. The training mainly focused on corporate culture, intelligent mining construction, mining equipment, and company related systems. On the morning of the 10th, Ms. Jin conducted a Jianlong corporate culture training for newly recruited graduates. In the classroom, students actively participated and interacted with the lecturer, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere.
