On the occasion of the 114th March 8 International Women’s Day, Huaxia Jianlong launched activities with the theme of “Highlighting Women’s Charm and Building Dreams in the New Era” in order to fully show the spiritual outlook of innovation and dedication of Huaxia Jianlong’s female employees in the enterprise transformation, and encourage all female employees to carry forward the spirit of self-esteem, self-confidence, self-reliance, and self-improvement, and achieve the best performance on their posts in the new era.
Li Jinqian, general manager of Huaxia Jianlong, attended the event and expressed sincere holiday greetings and best wishes to all female employees on behalf of chairman Yuan Zhanyong and the management team of the company. Mr. Li emphasized in his speech: First, Female employees are integral to the company’s development, who have showed extraordinary talent and charm in all professional areas, and contributed their outstanding wisdom and strength. Second, with the advancement of information technology and intelligent construction, female employees, with their unique advantages such as exquisiteness and tenacity, will play a bigger role. Meanwhile, in terms of team building, more attention should be paid to the cultivation and development of female employees, so that they can be selected and appointed on higher positions to play an important role. Third, they should improve their competitive strength through learning of business knowledge and technical knowledge such as mining, beneficiation and electromechanical knowledge. Fourth, they should assume their responsibility and make bigger contributions to the company’s high-quality development, while fulfilling their personal value.
Ms. Jin Wei, Executive Deputy General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, extended holiday greetings and heartfelt gratitude to all female employees for their hard work on their respective posts with their unique exquisiteness, and their positive contributions to the the company’s development. Jin wished every female employee to live freely and bravely, work with ease, and succeed in every stage of their life.
Huaxia Jianlong
The company also held a sharing and discussing session around the theme of “What She Says”, and organized the female employees to watch the interview videos of outstanding female employees and encouraged them to play an exemplary role, carry forward the spirit of “competing with male employees”, and show their talent on all fronts. After the session, Director Shi Dong of Peking University Hospital of Stomatology was invited to give an oral health lecture.
Baotong Mining
On March 6, Baotong Mining organized a discussing session and a group building meeting, aiming to let female employees exchange experience in a relaxing atmosphere and look into the future.
Luanping Jianlong
On March 7, Luanping Jianlong organized a training program with the theme of “Establishing an Optimistic Mentality, Building a Harmonious Team of Female Employees”, encouraging female employees to fulfill their job responsibilities and missions. After the meeting, team building activities were launched such as kicking shuttlecock, throwing an embroidered ball and fun balloons.
Kuancheng Jianlong
On March 7, Kuancheng Jianlong organized a series of cultural and sports team building activities with the theme of “Happy Women’s Day”, creating a warm and lively festive atmosphere and arousing the enthusiasm of female workers to make achievements on their posts.
Chengde Jianlong
On March 7, Chengde Jianlong organized a table tennis match for female employees of production line departments and offices in a lively atmosphere filled with laughter. They showed their superb playing skills and fighting spirit in the match, and opened a wonderful chapter with their enthusiasm and sweat.
Baitong Mining
On March 7, Baitong Mining organized female employees to launch a thematic discussing session, where they spoke freely based on their posts. After the meeting, funny team building activities were launched such as stepping on balloons, grabbing stools and carrot squatting to highlight the charm and elegance of female employees with their unity, hard work and enterprising spirit.
Jindi Mining
On March 7, in order to create a warm and delightful festive atmosphere, Jindi Mining launched an activity with the theme of “Being an Exquisite Woman by Making a Bracelet”, where female employees were organized to make a DIY bracelet with beads.
Zhurihe Copper
On March 7, Zhurihe Copper organized a discussion and team building activity with the theme of “Warmth of March 8 Women’s Day” to express respect to every ordinary and respectable employee worker of the mines.
