Huaxia Jianlong's 2023 College Students Onboarding Training Ended

On July 14, Huaxia Jianlong 2023 College Students Onboarding Training was successfully completed. Li Jinqian, General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, attended the closing ceremony and made a speech. At the ceremony, Mr. Li congratulated all the new college students on their successful completion of their training, and encouraged everyone of them to develop a patriotic heart and improve business and management skills by sharing his understanding of "dedication, practice, support, diligence, morale and acquisition". They should not only rely on external resources and themselves, but also learn diligently.

He encouraged every student to set an ambition and work vigorously, and get ready to rise up to the difficulties and hard work. "An optimistic and practical person will not fancy empty thoughts and overly ambitious dreams." Finally, Mr. Li wished every college student to quickly realize the gorgeous transformation from excellence to extraordinariness and from growth to success, make the best use of their talents and what they have learned, grow up to be an elite, management expert and technical authority as soon as possible. He further wished them to brave the wind and the waves, so as to move forward in Huaxia Jianlong, and make joint efforts to accompany Huaxia Jianlong on the way to a world-leading mining company!

In order to help the new college students successfully complete the role change and realize the seamless transition from the campus to the workplace, Huaxia Jianlong's Human Resources and Administrative Department organized a five-day training session for the new college students. According to the development needs, a total of 73 college students have been hired by Huaxia Jianlong Mining Headquarters and its subsidiaries this year. They are graduates from more than ten colleges and universities, including Nankai University, North China University of Science and Technology, Liaoning University of Science and Technology, Hebei University of Engineering, Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology, Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology, Taiyuan University of Science and Technology. They have majored in mineral processing, mining engineering, resource exploration, surveying and mapping, machinery and automation, and inorganic non-metallic materials.
This training offers a total of 10 courses, and 8 excellent lecturers from various professional lines inside and outside the company are invited to give lectures. The contents are in relation to multiple specialized courses, including Jianlong's corporate culture, beneficiation technology explanation, mining technology explanation, seven techniques of lean management, safety and green mine management, university student training program, company system propaganda, document writing, office software, business etiquette, etc. Combined with the company's actual situation, the lecturer delivered the courses from a multi-dimensional and new perspective via case demonstration, video sharing, team discussions, questions and interactions, which stimulated new recruits' enthusiasm for learning. The lectures were welcomed by new recruits. Jin Wei, Executive Vice General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, was invited to teach new recruits courses on Jianlong's corporate culture and document writing.

In order to ensure the effectiveness of the training, the Youth Training Program adopts a credit point system to assess the trainees who were divided into 8 groups. The team and individual points will be ranked and can be exchanged in the grocery store. All trainees participated in the training for all training hours, listened attentively, interacted actively, and enthusiastically won points for their groups and individuals. At last, an excellent team and three outstanding individuals were awarded based on the ranking of points and examination results.

On the morning of July 15, new recruits started to work under the leadership of the personnel and administrative directors of each subsidiary. The youngsters arrive to chase after the light side by side—may all the new trainees follow the dream, chase after the sun, and start a new journey in Huaxia Jianlong!
