The 5th "Youth with Ambition" Series of Activities of Huaxia Jianlong Successfully Closed
In order to promote the growth of new forces, inspire innovation and vitality, focus on value creation around production and operation, and enhance the innovation and technology exchanges of various professional lines, the 5th "Youth with Ambition" Series of Activities of Huaxia Jianlong themed with "Call Me By Fire" was held in Miyun County, Beijing on July 10. A total of over 150 people, including Yuan Zhanyong, Chairman of Huaxia Jianlong, Jin Wei, Executive Vice General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, Gao Pinjun, Vice General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong and General Manager of Chengde Jianlong, Vice General Manager Wang Jiuhua, Cai Guiliang, General Manager of Luanping Jianlong, Gao Wenming, General Manager of Kuancheng Jianlong, Ma Xiaobo, General Manager of Fanshan Phosphate Mine, as well as Vice General Managers from subsidiaries, Directors of Human Resources and Administrative Department, and trainees of the Youth Training Program 2023, participated in the event.

Yuan Zhanyong, Chairman of Huaxia Jianlong, made a speech titled "Define the goal of life, discover the value with heart, practice in a down-to-earth manner, and persist with perseverance". Mr. Yuan encouraged the college students to show their professional ability, release their youthful power, and contribute to the development of the Company from multi-dimensional and multi-faceted perspectives: "Goal management is the key factor of personal growth and enterprise development", "Benefiting others and oneself is the source of motivation to discover the value of sustainable operation", "Regard the struggle a joyful experience", "Faith is the cornerstone of success, and what matters is persistence", "Mining is a powerful basic industry in China", and "What kind of mining industry do we want to develop".
A total of 57 participants contended in student project research competition, who are college students joined the company in the past five years from all subsidiaries and departments. The competition presented a total of 18 technical topics in relation to beneficiation, mining, geology, building materials, science and technology management, automation and equipment, etc. Screened by Huaxia Jianlong mentor team, 8 topics were selected for reporting and demonstration. During the event, the members of each group presented their project on the site, while the judges gave scores and comments. The Company identified the excellent topics which are suitable for the actual production, with measurable objectives, solvable problems and generalizable results through their presentations, and the proposer will lead the implementation of the solution at work.
In the afternoon, 29 contestants and 6 brokers from Huaxia Jianlong and 7 subsidiaries formed 6 performance teams to compete.
After the show, Jin Wei, Executive Vice General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, expressed her appreciation to the report and the active preparation and efforts of performers. Then, she shared her opinions in five aspects: Firstly, no one can succeed without hard work. It may seem to be easy, but it's hard to do it without painstaking efforts or do it in a professional way. Secondly, no matter what role you've taken in your life, you should focus on it. There are rules for the competition, but those who go all out will win. Thirdly, a professional guy does what he is professional at. There is no shortcut to success, only through repeated practice and learning from excellent people can one succeed. Fourthly, every performance is a mental development. Daring to step onto one stage after another is a mental improvement and success. Lastly, an ordinary and peaceful life requires dopamine from time to time. Why not inject dopamine into the corners of life. Ms. Jin emphasized that each company should create a learning atmosphere, enhance the interaction and communication among employees, work in a down-to-earth manner, make contributions to the enterprise based on their positions, realize their own value, aim at solving problems, and help the Company achieve high-quality development.
