Huaxia Jianlong Successfully Completed the 2022 New College Recruits Training Program
In order to promote the integration of new college students with our corporate culture and accelerate the role change, the 2022 employee training for new college students organized by Huaxia Jianlong's Personnel and Administrative Department was held in Chengde City from July 12 to July 15. According to the company's development needs, a total of 96 college students have been hired by Huaxia Jianlong Mining Headquarters and its subsidiaries this year. They are mainly from more than ten universities, including University of Science and Technology Beijing, Northeastern University, North China University of Science and Technology, University of Science and Technology Liaoning, Hebei GEO University and Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology, majoring in surveying and mapping, mineral processing, mining, surveying engineering, machinery and automation.

This training offers a total of 10 courses, and 12 excellent lecturers from various professional lines are invited to give lectures. The contents are in relation to multiple specialized learning courses, including Jianlong Enterprise Culture, Mineral Processing Technology Explanation, Mining Geological Survey Explanation, Seven Techniques of Autonomous Management, Intelligent Mine Construction, Safety and Green Mine Management, and Company System Promotion. Based on the actual situation of the company, the lecturers interacted with the trainees by playing videos, giving lectures on cases, and asking questions, which stimulated new recruits' enthusiasm for learning. The lectures were welcomed by new recruits. Jin Wei, Executive Vice General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, was invited to teach new recruits courses on Jianlong's corporate culture and career development planning.
In order to ensure the effectiveness of the training, a point-based assessment system is adopted, dividing all students into 8 groups. The team and individual points will be ranked, during which each student competes for evaluation, actively interacts, participates in full time, and actively gains points for the group. At last, an excellent team and three outstanding individuals were selected based on the ranking of points.
Ms. Jin warmly welcomed the arrival of college students and put forward several hopes and requirements on them: firstly, we hope that everyone will not complain or compromise in face of difficulties, but bravely overcome them, adapt to the environment, and change the environment; secondly, establish a youth training class committee, enliven the learning atmosphere, enhance interaction and communication among students, integrate into the team, work in a down-to-earth manner, and contribute to the enterprise based on their position, and realize their own value; thirdly, we need to establish and improve communication channels and mechanisms. We need to strengthen communication between students and mentors, with the goal of solving problems, facing practical problems in enterprise management, encouraging oneself, improving our ability to analyze and solve problems, and striving to actively create a great enterprise to help the company develop with high quality.
On the morning of July 16, 96 college graduates started to work under the leadership of the HR and administrative directors of each subsidiary; they will live up to their youthful aspirations with great vitality. May everyone follow their dreams, live with positive attitude, work together with the company, and embark on a new journey of their life!
