The 10 contestants selected from the preliminary competition participated in the final analyzed and solved the pain points and difficult problems found in daily work, and expressed the spirit of hardworking youth in the new era with full enthusiasm and vivid presentations based on their own positions with a focus on creating their own value, establishing the awareness of "goals, standards, processes, self-discipline", fully demonstrating the responsibility of outstanding young people.
After a fierce competition, Wang Zhengyan from the Finance Department of Huaxia Jianlong, Zhang Yifei from Baotong Mining and Jia Qiong from the Safety and Environmental Protection Department of Huaxia Jianlong, won the First Prize, the Second Prize and the Third Prize, respectively.

At the end of the competition, Mr. Yuan highly affirmed the performance of each contestant and gave a concluding speech titled "Today we spread passionate and tomorrow we enjoy fruits through action". Mr. Yuan stated that through the speech competition, he has seen everyone's passion and the hope of the enterprise, which has made us more confident in the future.
