Huaxia Jianlong Held a Sharing Activity on Team Building Themed with "Practice - Goal Achieving- Improvement"

During the competition, 10 team leaders drew lots and gave presentations one by one accordingly. Everyone demonstrated the good work style and status of their team through PowerPoint presentations, videos, and other means. Based on the actual situation of promoting team building, each team leader presented highlights, analyzed shortcomings, comprehended the work, and set goals in the speech. They not only summarized the previous work experience in promoting the work, but also clarified the next step of approaching the goals. Everyone learned, communicated, and shared with each other, effectively achieving practice, goals, and improvement.

The judges strictly followed the scoring standards based on the on-site performance of each team leader.

After intense competition, Li Pengfei from Fanshan Phosphate Mine won the First Prize in this themed sharing competition;

Wang Cungang from Fanshan Phosphate Mine and Zhang Wenguang from Baotong Mining won the Second Prize;

Hu Shicheng and Chen Yanlei from Chengde Jianlong, and Wang Jingshan from Kuancheng Jianlong won the Third Prize.

Jiang Guangying, President of Beijing 89 Management Consulting Co., Ltd., commented on this event. He believed that the event was held successfully, and team building should fully mobilize employees to involve in the improvement, innovation, and enhancement of the company, so that the employees can be sensitive to issues, risks, waste, and improvement. As long as we seize the essential laws of events, we can encourage employees to actively respond and create a great team of employees.

Zhou Zhenhua, Deputy General Manager of Baotong Mining, shared his experience with the progress of Baotong Mining in team building. Mr. Zhou proposed that hardware is a prerequisite for team building. The more important factor is the overall quality improvement of employees. Therefore, Baotong Mining has fully integrated various departments to establish a team building promotion team, achieving full coverage of all staff members without leaving any one behind. The team building is supervised by a weekly meeting system, fully leveraging the role of coaches (workshop leaders and professional line leaders), making the point evaluation mechanism among the eight major mechanisms of team building the main promotion work of this year's team building, and gradually improving it. At the same time, the rotation mechanism will be used to select teams to provide fresh blood for Baotong Mining.

Finally, Jin Wei, Deputy General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, made a concluding speech on this event. Ms. Jin pointed out that through this activity, we have seen that everyone has adopted different working methods and achieved phased results in promoting team building. We hope that everyone can further master the application of tools and methods. While consolidating existing achievements, we still need to benchmark and learn from excellent enterprises, improve the level of informatization and automation, so as to adapt to the management needs of future modern enterprises; next, we need to gradually and continuously promote it. "A journey of a thousand miles may not be achieved without accumulation of each single step, just as the enormous ocean may not be formed without gathering every brook or stream." We need to undergo a transformation from quantitative change to qualitative change, and apply the results of today's report and presentation to reality and culture, in order to form our own behavior habits and cultural precipitation, and make standardized work a conscious behavior.
On the afternoon of August 23, Liu Haiquan from the Personnel and Administrative Department of Huaxia Jianlong reported on the regular meetings of each subsidiary, and played a video of their meetings, enabling everyone to learn from the excellence and jointly improve and promote the form and content of regular meetings of team building.

Yang Jinxia from Beijing 89 Management Consulting Co., Ltd., organized and promoted relevant training for team building personnel from various subsidiaries.

On August 24 and August 27, the team building promotion personnel, coaches, and team leaders of each subsidiary of Huaxia Jianlong will visit outstanding enterprises in batches.
