Project background

Energy management has drawn more and more attention, which has involved all employees as an overall, comprehensive and normalized task. Therefore, energy management system has become much more well-received as a technical support platform that can reflect the energy utilization status of energy consuming units at any time.
The energy management system adopts a layered distributed system structure, which can collect and process various energy consumption data of buildings such as power, gas and water and analyze the building energy consumption status and realize energy saving for buildings. By means of energy planning, energy monitoring, energy statistics, energy consumption analysis, main energy consuming equipment management, and energy metering equipment management, the enterprise management can have an accurate knowledge of the enterprises energy cost proportion and development trend, and break down the enterprises energy consumption plan for each production workshop and department, so as to clarify the responsibility in energy saving and help the enterprise to develop robustly and steadily.

Through the in-depth application of energy system, reduce the energy expenditure by RMB 10 million/year. The energy system will achieve a centralized monitoring on the energy of an enterprise such as water, power, oil and gas, building a unified and integrated energy management platform to effectively enhance the efficiency of energy consuming data access. Realize real-time access and sharing of energy consuming data. Provide a reliable basis for the management to discover energy problems actively and timely. Enhance the energy management level and efficiency and balance energy consumption. Through the energy project, gradually establish and perfect the energy management system architecture of the headquarters and each subsidiary and solidify the energy management system. Realize real-time collection, active extraction and automatic analysis of energy consuming data and provide a data base for the Companys digital management. With this as a template, apply the experience and technology to other companies. Through real-time mastery of dynamic energy consumption status, provide a basis for the improvement of management. Discover energy consuming points, gradually realize the energy saving goals, enhance the economic benefits and reduce the emissions of CO2 through technical transformation and energy-saving equipment replacement.
