Huaxia Jianlong Brand New Talent Apartments Ready for Move-in

 

“Talent Apartment Project is an important initiative for the Company to build a better new life for the enterprise, and an important way to attract, cultivate, retain and accomplish talents.” On the morning of July 30, the delivery ceremony of Huaxia Jianlong Talent Apartment was held in the Phase II of Boyue Mountain, Hi-tech Zone, Chengde City. Jin Wei, Executive Deputy General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, attended the ceremony and delivered a speech. More than 50 people attended the ceremony, including Gao Pinjun, Deputy General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong and General Manager of Chengde County Jianlong, Cai Guiliang, General Manager of Luanping Jianlong, Lu Hongfang, General Manager of Botong Mining, Deputy General Managers in charge of subsidiaries of the Chengde region, Director of Personnel and Administration, and representatives of the occupants.

At the ceremony, Jin Wei, Executive Deputy General Manager of Huaxia Jialong, Gao Pinjun, Deputy General Manager and General Manager of Chengde County Jialong, Cai Guiliang, General Manager of Luanping Jialong, and Lu Hongfang, General Manager of Botong Mining cut the ribbon of the Talent Apartment and presented the “Golden Keys” to the representatives of occupants of the Talent Apartment.

Ms. Jin said that the Talent Apartment Project is an important initiative for the Company to build a better new life for the enterprise, an important way to attract, cultivate, retain, and achieve talents, and a concrete practice to respect talents, respect knowledge, and improve the talent protection system. The Company also hopes that everyone will not complain or compromise in the face of difficulties, but bravely overcome them and change the environment. The Talent Apartment Project is just the beginning, and the Company is going to build its own Baicao Garden in the future based on the strategic needs. Finally, Ms. Jin hoped that all the staff members would cherish the opportunity, turning the care for the company into the motivation of work in the development period when Huaxia Jianlong is advancing towards the goal of a global first-class mining company, and contributing their intelligence and strength to corporate development by proceeding with confidence and strong beliefs, so as to lead a splendid life of their own.

Huaxia Jianlong Talent Apartments are located in the downtown area of the local community newly built within three years. The brand new buildings are designed with sufficient greening. The apartments are all elevator accessible, and every qualified employee can apply for occupancy. Besides all kinds of well-selected furniture, the apartments are also equipped with common household appliances, enabling direct turn-key occupancy. The apartments are surrounded by schools, hospitals, and large supermarkets, offering convenient living conditions and easy transportation.

 

Thus far, seven subsidiaries of Huaxia Jianlong (Baotong Mining, Luanping Jianlong, Kuancheng Jianlong, Chengde County Jianlong, Botong Mining, Zhurihe Copper, and Jindi Mining) have completed the allocation of the first batch of talent apartments, and a total of 63 prominent talents have moved in.
