Huaxia Jianlong Won Two "Management Modernization & Innovation Awards of Metallurgical Mines Association of China 2022"

Recently, the Metallurgical Mines Association of China issued the "Notice on Releasing the Achievements of Metallurgical Mining Enterprises in Management Modernization and Innovation in 2022", which awarded Beijing Huaxia Jianlong Mining Science & Technology Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Huaxia Jianlong) a third prize for its two projects respectively, namely, "Everyone is an Operator in 11368 Management Mode" and "Practice and Innovation of Comprehensive Safety Culture Construction in Mining Management".


Recently, the Metallurgical Mines Association of China issued the "Notice on Releasing the Achievements of Metallurgical Mining Enterprises in Management Modernization and Innovation in 2022", which awarded Beijing Huaxia Jianlong Mining Science & Technology Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Huaxia Jianlong) a third prize for its two projects respectively, namely, "Everyone is an Operator in 11368 Management Mode" and "Practice and Innovation of Comprehensive Safety Culture Construction in Mining Management".

The Mode of Everyone is an Operator in 11368 Management:

It is a mode to implement the strategy of "total-staff involvement and continuous improvement" and a management reform based on the starting point and foothold of "making employees happy and bringing efficiency to the enterprise", in which "11368" specifically refers to the systematic innovation and practice of 19 programs in 5 major categories, including micro-organization construction, standardization construction, improvement of 3 major systems, 6 intelligent learning tools, as well as empowering 8 major mechanisms. From personal experience to mode management, from individual management to total-staff management, from examination-and-punishment centered to operator centered, the management mode fully activates the potential of employees, encourages the involvement of employees to form a "high-speed train" management mode, in which everybody makes efforts and engages in the operation, management and innovation with responsibility. Everyone is an engine driving the high-speed train. It is a conceptual innovation, mechanism innovation and practice innovation in organizational construction.
