Huaxia Jianlong Held the "Three-level Competition" Activity and Exchange Seminar at the Team Building Stage
On November 8, Huaxia Jianlong organized and held the "three-level competition" activity and exchange seminar at the team building stage, aiming to fully show the progress in the three aspects of team operation results, production process control and management role cognition. It promotes learning, thinking and change through lectures and continues to consolidate the basic management, so as to reserve talents for the development of the company. More than 40 people, including Jin Wei, Executive Deputy General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, deputy general managers in charge of subsidiaries, persons in charge of promotion, workshop directors and representatives of work teams, attended the event.
The "Huaxia Cornerstone" Team Leader Skills Competition was held on-site by means of speeches, and a total of 8 contestants from the subsidiaries took part in the final. Yu Ziyi from Baotong Mining won the First Prize; Liu Tianyu from Chengde County received the Second Prize; and Wu Yuli from Kuancheng Jianlong and Liu Guochun from Baitong Mining won the Third Prize.
For the "Empowering and Strengthening the Foundation" Workshop Director Management Class, a total of 8 contestants from the subsidiaries participated in the final. Xu Guigang from Baotong Mining won the First Prize, Li Pengfei from Jindi Mining received the Second Prize, and Wang Zhongwei from Baotong Mining and Wang Jiabin from Chengde County received the Third Prize.
After the activity, four thematic experience sharing sessions were performed in the exchange seminar at the team building stage, namely, "Micro-Habit Improvement" by Wu Yuli of Kuancheng Jianlong, "Team Guinness" by Chong Lijun of Jindi Mining, "Repetitive Six-Source Governance" by Yu Zhanjiang of Luanping Jianlong, and "Internal Trainer Empowerment" by Baotong Mining. Han Guoying, Deputy General Manager of Luanping Jianlong, Zhang Zhanfeng, Deputy General Manager of Baotong Mining and Lin Fujin, Deputy General Manager of Chengde County, reported the stage work on the promotion of the "linings", "balls", and belt special governance topics, respectively.
At the end of the meeting, Jin Wei, Executive Deputy General Manager of Huaxia Jianlong, made a concluding speech. First of all, Mr. Jin affirmed the progress made by all subsidiaries in the team building over the past 4 years, especially through the team building, the grass-roots managers have grown, so that the awareness that "everyone is a production operator and environment creator" has been more deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. In the summary of the meeting, Mr. Jin emphasized that, firstly, "Micro-Habit Improvement" is an effective means to realize fine management. We should continue to exert the spirit of craftsmanship, and continuously improve the on-site operation standard; secondly, we should think and work systematically, to do it right and do it well once and for all by benchmarking the first-class experience of the industry; lastly, in the implementation of the company's topics and team building, we should have a clear goal and quantitative indexes to continuously enhance and improve with the attitude of improvement everyday, and stress on the transformation of the results, so as to ensure the effectiveness of implementation in the actual work.
